No insertion order. No rate-card email.
Build the flight, see the price, pay with a card — the planner is the rate card, and payments run on Stripe.
Out-of-home usually starts with an email asking what a market costs, and ends with a PDF two days later. Open Airtime prices the flight while you build it: venues, dates, dayparts and budget resolve to a number on the screen, and that number is what you pay at checkout.
If a flat flight is the wrong shape for the brief, the planner buys on impressions instead. Either way the price is visible before your card is, and nothing about it is negotiated in a thread.
